We are TRUE MEMORIES TRAVEL and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to TRUE MEMORIES TRAVEL and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.  You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.

 

All parties further understand that True Memories Travel & its agents will to the best of their ability & with the tools made available to them assist you in securing any & all travel needs related to this package. It is also understood that True Memories Travel and its agents neither guarantees nor insures the service to be provided by any carrier & shall assume no liability for actions beyond its own control relating to the services to be provided. True Memories Travel & its agents are not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, or any consequences resulting from, which may be occasioned through the neglect, default, or any other action of the company, carrier, or person(s) engaged in carrying out the purpose for which travel documents have been issued. 

 

TMT assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: 

1.       any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; 

2.       any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers;  

3.       any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under TMT’s control; and 

4.       any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed. 

 

You hereby release TMT from all claims arising out of any problems covered in the above paragraphs.

 

All parties further understand that it is the responsibility of every passenger to secure necessary travel documents and to be aware of any changes for passport/visa requirements. While TMT may assist in acquiring said documents, the agency bears no responsibility in any denial of boarding or entry/exit regarding any cruise line, port or country. 

 

You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release True Memories Travel from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by TMT constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance.  Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation: last-minute changes, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, etc. Travel protection will be offered to each guest.  It is the responsibility of each traveler to accept or decline travel insurance at the time of purchase.

We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased. Insurance pricing varies per policy type, age, medical conditions, & total trip amount. 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THIS TRIP. Please Call Us for More Details or see quote provided! Please be aware that even with insurance some fees may still be non-refundable. You are not guaranteed a 100% refund. 

 

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

Trip is subject to cancellation or price increase if minimum room requirements are not kept. If group trip is cancelled in its entirety by TMT, Resort, or Cruise Line, then all monies will be refunded. Otherwise all cancellation penalties will apply to each individual as listed in this agreement.

Cancellation fee of $50.00 per person will be charged by TRUE MEMORIES TRAVEL if trip is canceled by client for any reason, even if you have purchased travel protection (insurance).

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

 

While we cannot guarantee any pricing, airfare can be arranged by us if requested. We cannot be held liable for any missed connections or price changes regarding airfare. Please plan accordingly & allow ample time to make travel purchases & arriving at your destinations. 

 

 

By signing this agreement, you are stating that you will abide by these terms & conditions & shall have no recourse should you fail to follow them.

 

·        I understand that I am responsible for any and all travel documents related to this trip.

·        I understand the cancellation/penalty fees and the importance of the payment schedule as stated for this travel package. 

·        I have been offered Trip Cancellation and/or Travel Protection Insurance. I understand the risks and/or penalties of not protecting my trip purchase.
